Strive Corporate is co-owned by Suzie Moffat and Aled Rees, who have worked closely together for over a decade.
Suzie Moffat| Co-Founder, Strive Corporate
An actor, agent, director, producer, and educator with over 20 years’ experience in performance, communication, and confidence development. Alongside her work in corporate training, she is the founder of Strive School of Speech & Drama and the talent agency Strive Artists, where she represents and supports performers across stage, screen, and commercial work.
Suzie’s dual perspective as both a performer and an agent gives her a unique insight into how individuals are perceived, communicated with, and assessed in high-pressure professional environments. Her work focuses on presence, body language, vocal authority, emotional intelligence, and self-belief, helping clients not only communicate effectively, but do so with confidence that feels authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
Having worked collaboratively with Aled Rees for over ten years, Suzie brings a depth of experience shaped by long-term practice, trust, and shared values. Strive Corporate reflects her belief that confidence is a learnable skill and that when people are properly supported, they are capable of communicating with purpose, presence, and impact long after the session ends.
Aled Rees | Co-Founder, Strive Corporate
Originally from South Wales, Aled’s journey in performance began at a young age, eventually earning him a prestigious scholarship to the Urdang Academy in London. After years of running successful schools and instilling confidence in clients from Marylebone to Manhattan, Strive Corporate represents the natural evolution of his mission to empower others.
The foundation of Strive Corporate is built on a decade of synergy; Aled has known and worked alongside Suzie for over 10 years. Having closely collaborated on numerous projects, they have combined their years of high-level experience to create a platform that shares their joint passion for professional excellence. He specializes in demystifying public speaking, treating it as a vital, learnable skill that empowers individuals to lead with authority.
